This dressing was created to make sashimi even more appealing. Try to use Maui onions to make the sauce a bit sweeter.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup (70g) finely chopped onion
2 TBS + 2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 TBS + 1tsp Rice Vinegar
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
a pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp powdered mustard
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
4 tsp grapeseed oil (we use avocado oil)
4 tsp sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients except the oils.
When the salt is completely dissolved, then add the oils.
YIELD:
1.75 cups (350 ml)
