Replace sugar with Stevia. But, be careful… you need to get the proportions just right.
Substitute a cup of sugar per 1 tsp. of liquid Stevia or per 1/3 to 1/2 tsp. of Stevia powder.
Stevia is an herbal sweetener that, when refined into an extract, is more than 200 times sweeter than sugar.
Because Stevia can be heated up to 200C (400 degrees F), it is an excellent choice for use in baking and cooking.
