David’s Beef Jerky

INGREDIENTS
Beef (cut into strips along the grain)
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
.5c soy sauce
2tbs worcestershire sauce
2 tsp course pepper
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp liquid smoke hickory

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all of the above in a zip lock bag and marinate steak slices for 30mins

Take out the slices and place them on a rack in oven 80° or a dehydrator and approx 4hrs later...  amazingly good beef jerky
