Separating Egg Yolks From Egg Whites Easily

In case you end up having to separate eggs that are already in a bowl, this tip may be helpful.

WHAT YOU PROBABLY ALREADY HAVE:

Raw Eggs in a bowl
an extra bowl
1 empty small water bottle

HOW TO DO IT:

Crack your eggs into a bowl and then take an empty plastic water bottle, squeeze it halfway together with one hand and hold it in position over an egg yolk.

Slowly open your hand, releasing the pressure on the bottle and allowing the yolk to be slowly sucked up into the bottle. When the egg yolk is held in place by the suction of the water bottle, you can transport the egg to the other bowl and release it easily by squeezing the bottle again gently.
