INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 full sheets crushed)
6 TBS melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- mix sugar well with the crushed graham crackers in a bowl
- add the butter and stir until the mix is thick, coarse, and sandy.
- pour it into a 22-24ø cm pie tin
- use fingers to spread mixture evenly and create a raised edge by pushing down on the inside
- insert a pie tin a few sizes smaller than the one you filled to tamp down the crust and the edges
- bake in oven at 160ºC with convection on for 10 mins
Let it sit for 2 hrs to cool then fill with just about anything
