A quick yummy starter which takes very little prep work and can be put together in minutes!!
Ingredients – Serves 6.
– 6 Fresh figs from the garden – Ok, or the Supper Market if you don`t have a fig tree in the back yard :)
– Dried wild boar ham – or prosciutto ham if you can`t get the wild boar
– Mix of young salad leaves, rocket salad and lambs ear salad
– Fig Mustard
– Balsamic Cream for taste and decoration
Method:
Mix and wash the salads and spin. Place a handful of the mixed salad to a plate. Peal the outer skin off the fig, quarter and add on the salad. Split the wild boar ham between the plates. Decorate with the fig mustard and balsamic cream and serve!
