Hummus Magnus

My absolute favorite way to treat our guests to an appetizer that is easy and quick.

INGREDIENTS:
1 x 400g can of chick peas
2 tsp Tahini
2 Garlic cloves
.5 tsp crushed sea salt
3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1.75 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice
parsley and or coriander chopped for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour off the chickpea liquid into a glass.
Put the chickpeas into the vitamix or food processor.
Add 3.5 TBS of the reserved liquid from the chickpea can
along with everything else (except the parsley / coriander)

When finely blended, pour into a serving dish and garnish with parsley and or coriander.
